3rd Calls to apply for tenancy Selecting tenants Completed applications forms help up to 5 keen applicants prove they are reliable and capable renters. To move forward quickly providers may complete applications forms during this "3rd call".  Some providers email application forms for completion and return; others make them available online. Privacy laws can sometimes conflict with renters' need to prove their reliability.  These conflicts can usually be resolved with common sense, care and respect.
