Some ideas to make rent summaries

  • Spreadsheets can help record and calculate rent recording requirements. A good spreadsheet can save hours of work for providers with multiple properties.  The use of filters enable the selection of individual records to taken from bank statements and applied to individual rent summaries.  Well constructed formulas do the rest.

  • Tenancy Services offer a Word document and also a simple XL spreadsheet format.

  • The old way  using columns and rows on paper sheets is quite acceptable in law too.
