Agreement to Remedy
Debt recovery     Breaches

Providers and renters can make their own agreements to remedy a breach.

When put in writing and clearly agreed to by involved parties, these agreements are taken to the courts and "stamped" by court staff to make them binding on the signatories.

If the "Agreement to Remedy" is broken, the offended party applies to the tribunal for a "fast track" Judgement order.  This is usually  issued within 7 days, without mediation or tribunal.
