The Milford Track

"The world's best three day walk"

Scenic beauty on all tracks in the Fiords Zone.

Walkers from all over the world visit New Zealand to enjoy this world-famous walk. The trail follows through two magnificent glacier valleys joined by a steep and most-spectacular alpine pass.  Waterfalls, lakes, snow-covered peaks and rain forests adorn the majestic scenery of New Zealand's World Heritage Area.

Allow 4 days (3 nights) to trek the 53km.  Rainfall on the track is around 7000mm yet there are many clear sunny days.

There are up to 20 sleeping mattresses  in each room. Tenting is not permitted.   Walkers carry all their own equipment, sleeping bags and prepare their own food during the walk.

Because of the strong interest, this walk needs to be booked well in advance with the required non-refundable payment.
