14 Day Breach letters are legal devices
They inform offenders of breaches and require them to be remedied within 14 days of delivery.
If breaches are not fixed within 14 days of delivery, offended parties can apply for a Tenancy tribunal to enforce the breach and/ or terminate the tenancy.
NOTES:-
● Letters delivered to the tenancy address are always deemed read
in law. (A photo of it at the address can help confirm delivery for a
doubting adjudicator)● When three, 14 day letters have been delivered within any 90 day
period, owners can also require tribunals to terminate a tenancy.
