Fri 12th Horrible flight stuck in the middle of the plane as far away from windows (stipulated when tour booked) and arrived at the hotel to find it is one night not two as requested.  ONE mad panic now.  Everything is on line through the phones even customs on arrival.  I couldn't follow the procedure especially after a mainly sleepless night.  Thankfully a helpful customs man helped me through.  Had to book Covid test on line too:   cant just rock up.  I couldn't follow that either.  I rang the no. all automated no humans at all and I needed it now!!  The young Asian hotel man helped me -  well did it all for me.  Booked tomorrow first thing $85NZD.    The tour can only get better from here  - I hope.
