Human Development  in New Zealand
Generally, different zones offer distinctly different aspects for interested groups to experience.

950s  Maori Folk arrived in New Zealand and maintained Stone Age culture.

1850s Modern Europeans arrived with modern technology of the day.

Both cultures are strong experienced at wars but each have maintained  items to trade.

Studies:
We follow the history and life of the colourful
Maori people through stories, tools, food, cultural understanding and traditional ceremonies.  There are the challenges to be met as ancient culture merge with the modern one.

We see how modern humans developed settlements, transport communications, food and shelter in a strange remote land. We see the importance of cooperation needed for societies to work well - a principal that applies more than ever, today.
