The driver explains the processes of liquefaction and how it did so much damage.  Drains, power and water supply lines were broken the the damaged areas leaving thousands without power, water and toilets.  Holes had to be dug for waste. The work repairing these is still continuing.

We learn how people worked together to cope without power, water, roads and drains.
