In this Zone we find well established fruit orchards and new developing vineyards near the areas that can access irrigation. 

The rest of the area is used for mainly for merino sheep farming and some cattle. 

Farm Show
We can take a steamboat trip to the farm where an excellent presentation of animal farming with the use of dogs, cattle, deer and sheep.  Other skills demonstrated includes shearing and wool processing is given.

Animal Farm Studies
We learn about life on a fairytale lakeside location, and we explore the processes involved with various farming operations in dry high desert lands.
