At special places among the remote beaches nearby we can fined the homes of groups of the extraordinary endangered "yellow-eyed" penguins and the more common "little blue" penguins.

We encounter these lovely creatures living their daily life in the wild. Commentaries inform us of their life cycles conservation and history.  We learn about the methods in place to protect these birds from their many predators.
