AM Cruise to Dürnstein, a town overlooked by the hilltop ruins of the castle where legendary King Richard the Lionheart was kept as a prisoner in the 12th century. You have the morning free in this pretty town to explore the cobbled streets, town houses and taverns. You may wish to join an optional walking tour and to taste some of the region’s wine. ENHANCE YOUR JOURNEY - Walking Tour and Wine Tasting Start your day with a guided discovery of Dürnstein. Then, enjoy a visit to Dürnstein Abbey followed by a tasting of three local wines and a brandy or schnaps.

PM Dock in Melk and take a guided tour through Melk Abbey, one of the world’s most famous and spectacular monastic sites. Located high above the town of Melk on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Danube River, it has the rare distinction of surviving as an active Benedictine monastery continuously since its foundation in 1089. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
