Sat 16 Vnh to Dong Hoi Beach Resort

Covering the ground with
a stop for short breaks and General Giap's tomb. He was a history
teacher worked with Ho Chi Minh to ouster the French (mid 50's).
Seems he had no military experience but used his knowledge of
history and the French to guide the fighters. Temp high 30's -
enjoyable (slow) drive along the 4 lane highway southwards.
R&R at the beach and live music after dark. The horizon was
packed with squid fishing boats that made it look like a city.
