Mon 18 at Hue (Old Capital)

AM walked around the old
citadel - centre of old kings' power base till French took over
control late 1800's and kings faded from the scene. Was used by
communists VC in the Vietnam war and bombed quite badly.
Then we walked around the last king's mausoleum built mid 1800's.
New driver and guide from here to Saigon. PM rested in the hotel so
hot outside - 33°
and humid. Lots of tourists here.
