Tribunals are formal mini-courts that listen to the arguments and then issue "Judgement Orders"
1) Required documents
Hard copies and digital formats of:-.
● Lease agreement
● Rent record (Required for rent related disputes)
● Invoices or quotes for damage repairs, cleaning etc
● Photographs of damage, mess and/or rubbish.
● Any related correspondence and texts
● Any diary of dates, conversations & actions
● Creditor's bank account details
2) Apply on-line for a Tribunal hearing

● Uses RealME to access the application form
● Tribunal applications must be lodged within 2 months of
termination unless new address is provided.
● A faster private phone "Mediation" may be offered OR
● A full public "Tribunal" may be offered
● Occasionally TWO tribunals will be needed;
1st for eviction and rent arrears
2nd to claim repair & cleaning costs found after vacated.
In these cases applicants must NOT seek payments from the
1st hearing's "Judgement Order"
At the 2nd tribunal, applicants request that "the arrears be
combined with the 2nd tribunal's order because only ONE
"judgement order" can be enforced.
