Pricing
The final price depends on numbers and airfare discounts at the 'deposit due date".   Until then, applications are collected with a "not more than price"  advised by the group's tour leader. Frequently with full complements and early bookings the actual price can be hundreds less.  more*

 Simply ask the NZ tour leader and complete an application form. (The organiser may sometimes accept late applications). 

Personal spending
 There is no need for a lot of spending money as KANES quotations are all inclusive.

Insurance

Passports
All international travelers require a passport. The tour leader or any travel agent will help applicants obtain their passports.  Visas are not needed for Australians, Singaporeans and many other international guests.
