These save time exchanging necessary information with KANES.  Each customer obtains an especially tailored plan and quotation.

Gather Applications
For minimum time involvement, the leader assesses interest then promotes an open meeting for eligible families to learn about the plan and take an application form (provided).   If the minimum number of committed applications return the tour can be confirmed with airlines and KANES . more>

Preparation to save staff time
KANES provide confirmed customers full preparation advice and guidance for passengers and leaders.

Safety Assurances
All operator activities are governed by strict laws to assure safety.  All passenger drivers working with you are police cleared and licensed for their activities. KANES also have their own additional safety policies. more>.

Your funds are secure
Apart from deposits, funds are held by schools until required by airlines (3 months in advance) and by KANES  (on arrival).
