How to Join the tour
The NZ
tour leader has application forms to be completed and returned with booking
deposits before the close-off date. (Sometimes late applications can be
accepted). Note: accepted booking deposits are usually non refundable
because smaller numbers
increase the cost for all the others and flight deposits
are forfeited.
Preparation Meetings
At these leaders answer
questions, explain more about the great experiences set their expectations and
ensure everyone is preparing well.
Price
The actual price
depends on numbers and available airfare discounts when deposits have been
collected. Until that time applicants work to a guaranteed
"not more than
price" advise
by the group's tour leader. Frequently the actual price is settled for hundreds
less. more*
Security of funds assured

agent.

Personal Budgeting
Leaders will discuss this at preparation meetings. For many young guests this is
a first learning experience for planning a budget then holding to the plan
so they don't have to seek help from home. There is no need to use a
lot of spending money as most items needed are included in the tour package.
Learning from "shopping"
With wise budgeting and learning in mind, "free time for shopping" becomes an opportunity to
exercise control over impulse spending and to learn more by observing another society, its desires, businesses, attractions, culture,
history, architecture and its people.
Social & life skills
Personality grows
faster by sharing challengers, wondrous sights, and sleeping space with different
people.
With the dedicated guidance of experienced teachers, guests learn to
build self-respect and
respect of others.
